Have you ever noticed that the same exercise looks different on different people? This usually has nothing to do with one doing the exercise wrong and one doing it right. We all have very different body proportions. Therefore, it is quite normal that one and the same exercise will look a little different for everyone.

Squats:
Depending on the ratio of your torso length to your leg length, you may be able to keep your torso more upright or you may need to tilt it forward a bit to maintain balance. Both are correct❣️
