If you’re using “fascia rollers” to relax or even for short-term pain relief, it can be quite useful.
However, be aware of what you can NOT do with fascia rollers:

  • change the fascia structurally (loosen adhesions, etc.).
  • get rid of complaints (such as back pain) in the long term
  • Make muscles longer
