Important: These are not the most scientifically effective exercises for six-pack muscles (if they exist at all), but merely my personal top 5 exercises that I like to have in my torso workout!

1️⃣ Butterfly:
Arms reach to the sides of the heels, roll the abdomen well at this time

2️⃣ Russian Twist:
Focus on a rotation of the trunk and not only the shoulder girdle

3️⃣ Reverse Crunches with Hip Raise:
Pelvis lifts off the support and is slowly put down again

4️⃣ Slow Sit-Ups:
Focus on sitting up with as little momentum as possible

5️⃣ Dynamic Side Plank:
Support on the outstretched arm to increase the difficulty
