How can I get started with dietary advice?2023-04-11T13:16:53+02:00
  • If you have health conditions, you should first ask your family doctor for a prescription for a dietary consultation. However, if there are no health problems, a prescription for nutrition counseling is not required. Please note that reimbursement by health insurance is not possible.
  • Make an appointment by phone or online.
  • An appointment usually lasts about 90 minutes.
  • Appointments can be either online or on-site. Please note that because I live outside of Vienna, the on-site appointment is slightly more expensive due to travel costs. In case of an online appointment, you will receive the zoom link via email after successful booking. You don’t have to register or prepare anything anywhere. Just make sure you have a good internet connection and a working camera on your device.

That depends on your symptoms and your goals and will be discussed in more detail during the first appointment. After the initial appointment, at least a monthly follow-up appointment would be ideal to discuss how you are doing and to make possible changes to the interventions.

I will specifically answer your questions about nutrition . In doing so, I always make sure that the information I pass on is up to date with the latest research. Together we will work out how to eat a healthy and balanced diet and how to prepare your meals optimally. An important part of nutritional therapy is also putting together a diet plan that is right for you and can be easily integrated into your daily routine. It is important to me that my tips are easy to implement in everyday life.
