PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR THE PELVIC FLOOR

Therapist

The pelvic floor plays a central role in continence, sexuality and our general well-being. We usually only become aware of it when symptoms occur. In physiotherapy, our aim is to alleviate the symptoms that can occur with pelvic floor problems.

Our focus in pelvic floor training

  • Targeted therapy for incontinence (stress, urge or mixed forms)
  • Pelvic floor training before and after birth
  • Recovery after vaginal birth or caesarean section
  • Therapy for prolapse problems (e.g. bladder or uterus)
  • Treatment of pain in the pelvic area (e.g. when sitting or during sexual intercourse)

We accompany you professionally, discreetly and with a lot of empathy on the way to more control and quality of life.

  • Good to know: Men can also benefit from pelvic floor therapy – for example for incontinence after prostate surgery or chronic pelvic pain
