Persistent or chronic pain changes everything: movement becomes a challenge, everyday life becomes a burden and the overall quality of life suffers. It is often neck or back pain, sometimes diffuse pain in several places at the same time – but what they all have in common is that they persist. And they cannot simply be “trained away”.
In pain coaching, we start where traditional treatment methods reach their limits. We bring together medical knowledge, body therapy approaches and modern pain research – for more understanding, more self-efficacy and less suffering.

Our focus in pain coaching:
Our approach is biopsychosocial: we look not only at muscles and joints, but also at the nervous system, stress levels, sleep and mental patterns. You learn to understand and deal with pain – instead of fighting against it. And you learn to act courageously and freely again – despite or even because of the pain.
We provide you with empathetic, well-founded support at eye level. For an everyday life that is no longer determined by pain – but by you again.
