The time after giving birth is characterized by many changes – physical, hormonal and emotional. Whether you have just given birth or have already been in your new everyday life for a few months, your body is doing an incredible job. This makes it all the more important to give it targeted support so that you feel strong, balanced, pain-free and comfortable again.
In postpartum physiotherapy, we address precisely this phase. We accompany you gently but purposefully on your way back to a functional and resilient body. We take into account all aspects that play a role after pregnancy – from a changed body sensation to back pain caused by breastfeeding, carrying or lack of sleep. We support you with individually tailored training to help you return to your everyday life or your sport. Of course, the training must fit in with your new everyday life – so we will discuss with you how much time you have available. Even if you can only spare 15 minutes for yourself at the moment, you can do something good for yourself and your body with a few exercises.
