Sleep is not a luxury – it is a vital basic need. It ensures regeneration, strengthens the immune system, influences mood, concentration and pain perception. However, more and more people are sleeping poorly – whether due to stress, irregular daily routines, hormonal changes or stressful thoughts.

In sleep coaching, we take time for your very personal sleep story. Together, we analyze your sleeping habits, life circumstances and physical factors – and develop everyday strategies for better sleep. Completely without medication, individually tailored and scientifically sound.

Our focus in sleep coaching:

  • Sleep analysis & individual sleep protocol

  • Support for problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night

  • Dealing with nocturnal thoughts & inner restlessness

  • Promotion of natural sleep regulation (e.g. circadian rhythm) & targeted tips to improve it

  • Integration of exercise, daily structure & relaxation techniques (sleep hygiene)

  • Improved performance (e.g. in sport) through better sleep

Our goal is not just “more” sleep, but better sleep: more restful, deeper, more regular. We work holistically – physically, emotionally and behaviorally. It’s not about rigid rules, but about mindful awareness and smart adaptation.

  • Good to know: Sleep coaching is also suitable as an adjunct to physiotherapy for persistent pain – research shows that sleep plays a hugely important role here. If you suffer from chronic pain (e.g. back pain) and could only improve one thing in your life, then improve your sleep hygiene!
