My path – experience for your development

As a state-certified trainer and athletics coach, I have gained extensive insights into competitive sport. I was responsible for swimming and athletics training at the Olympic Center Linz for a year and experienced what it takes to help athletes progress safely and sustainably.

I also coach triathletes and work closely with coaches and athletes from all over Austria. This exchange enables me to draw on proven and innovative methods.

BENJAMIN STRAIGHT

My areas of expertise are ball sports.

Success does not come by itself – it is earned. As an experienced American football athlete and passionate coach, I know how to optimally prepare your body and mind for peak performance. Whether in competition, in a game or simply for your personal fitness: my training is designed to make you stronger, faster and more resilient.

In over six years of intensive athletics training, I have not only pushed my own limits time and again, but also developed a deep understanding of the requirements of game sports such as football, basketball and soccer. This experience is incorporated into every training session – practical, well-founded and always with your goals in mind.

My focus is on:

  • Explosiveness: To be the decisive fraction of a second faster in every situation.
  • Strength: For stability and assertiveness – whether on the pitch or in everyday life.
