1% better everyday

  • Physiotherapist (BSc.)

MY PHILOSOPHY

As a passionate football player, I got to know physiotherapy first-hand – not just as a patient, but as someone who understands the importance of targeted, performance-enhancing therapy. I know what it feels like to want to train and play at the highest level and the challenges that come with it. That’s why it’s my goal to be at your side as a therapist to provide you with the best possible support, whether it’s for your return to sport or to improve your everyday fitness.

In order to understand what goals you have set yourself and what problems are plaguing you, you need a detailed medical history. It is particularly important to me that you also understand the theory behind your exercises and the entire therapy. This will give you the knowledge you need for lasting improvement. Your commitment is also crucial – because sustainable results require dedication and the will to keep developing.

Through my sporting experience, I understand how important a strong and resilient body is for success in sport and in everyday life. Whether you are a (competitive) athlete or simply want to get through everyday life stronger and fitter – I will accompany you on your way there!

My philosophy is based on the principle that sustainable progress is achieved through continuous, targeted work. Getting a little bit better every day – even if it is only 1% – leads to significant changes in the long term. Together we will design an individual and holistic therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
