Life is 10% what happens to us & 90% how we respond to it.

MY PHILOSOPHY
I know from my own experience that when you are injured or in pain, the extent to which you can contribute to your current situation often feels much smaller than it actually is. This is exactly where I would like to support you and walk this path together with your active cooperation and my professional expertise.
Are YOU currently injured, recovering from an operation or have been struggling with persistent pain for a long time? Then you’ve come to the right place – we’ll work together to get you a little closer to your goal every day.
I attach great importance to honest and good communication in order to really understand your main problems and limitations and to get to know you as a person. Through this detailed anamnesis, we can then set goals together so that you receive a customized therapy that takes you as a whole person into account.
It is important to me that you understand why we are taking which steps – so that you can continue to work on them independently.
Exercise plays a central role in this. Strength training has been with me for many years and has shaped my view of the importance of active training in the therapy process. I bring this understanding to my work – regardless of whether you are active in sports or have had little contact with training.
My therapeutic decisions are based on current scientific findings and on what makes sense for you to implement. In acute phases, I also like to work with passive techniques such as massages and manual therapy. A pleasant atmosphere is part of my work and my humorous approach means that you are welcome to laugh between exercises.
I would like to support you in developing trust in your body again and no longer experiencing it as a limitation, but as a reliable part of you.
MY STORY
ABOUT ME
I first came into contact with physiotherapy at a young age – as a patient. My enthusiasm for the human body, movement and medicine ultimately motivated me to follow this path myself.
Immediately after my training, I was drawn to Africa for two and a half months, where I was able to work with physiotherapists and doctors in the field. This gave me an insight into working under completely different, often challenging conditions, which had a huge impact on me both professionally and personally.
Exercise plays a big role in my free time. Even as a child, I tried out a lot of sports, with my passion being equestrian sports for a long time. When I was about 18, I discovered strength training, which I now combine with running – currently mainly HYROX. I also enjoy playing paddle tennis and volleyball and often try out new sports such as surfing.
It is important to me to incorporate my enthusiasm for exercise into my work and to accompany people on their way to better health and quality of life.
