MY PHILOSOPHY

For me, physiotherapy means working with you to develop long-term strategies that suit your life and your personality and bring you closer to your goal step by step.

“YOUR GOAL” is a particularly important keyword for me, which we discuss at the beginning of the therapy process.

If we set ourselves challenges, set concrete goals and use the capabilities of our body and mindset, we can achieve what we want to achieve. How big or small your goals are doesn’t really matter – the important thing is that they exist. Because if you are aware of where you want to go, we can design the path to get there all the better!

In the therapy process, it is important to me to take a physiotherapeutic, evidence-based approach that is based on the latest scientific findings, but also leaves room for your needs to unfold.

A wide range of physiotherapeutic measures are used. In my opinion, your own physical activity – for example in the form of strength, flexibility and coordination training – plays the most important role. However, it is also important to me that you get to know and understand your body better and recognize how it can adapt to stimuli.

Probably the most important thing I would like to tell you during therapy is that everyone can enjoy exercise. We are made to move. Exercise is fun and keeps you healthy – so what could be better?

About me

Since I was four years old, I have been able to learn a lot about my own body awareness and movement in general through my longest and probably most formative hobby – horse riding. Working with horses has also taught me the importance of skills such as perseverance, patience, empathy and clear communication.

Since my teenage years, I have not only continued to find happiness on horseback, but also in running and strength training – with a particular interest in bodybuilding.

I am increasingly recognizing parallels between these sports: long-term progress requires accepting ups and downs and recognizing that continuity pays off and ultimately leads closer and closer to the goal. And very importantly, this process can be incredibly fun!

I would be delighted to use my expertise to accompany you on your personal journey to YOUR goal.
