MY PHILOSOPHY

Exercise is more than just a hobby for me – it’s an integral part of my life.
An active lifestyle can have an incredible impact: it not only strengthens the body, but also the mind. Regular training makes you more resilient, fitter and makes you feel better in your body. At the same time, exercise has a positive effect on your mental well-being – it helps to reduce stress, clear your head and recharge your batteries.

If your everyday life or sport is restricted by pain, injury, illness or surgery, it can often be frustrating!
These are precisely the issues I deal with in physiotherapy and I want to support YOU in achieving YOUR goals. Be it overload reactions in sport, acute injuries, planned operations or general pain.

It is important to me to design the therapy together with you – so that it really suits you and your goals. Your active participation plays a major role in its success. I want you to understand exactly why we are taking which steps and what is happening in your body. This will give you a good feeling for your current condition. My aim is to provide you with the best possible information and give you the necessary knowledge and tools so that you can actively do something for yourself!

Even if you have had little experience with sport or training so far, I would like to support you with your goals and introduce you to the positive effects of exercise!

I offer you modern and scientifically based physiotherapy that makes you feel good – and is also fun.
My aim is to help you integrate exercise into your everyday life as something positive – without any pressure, but with real added value. Because every step towards an active lifestyle is a step towards a better quality of life.
