As a child I was always sporty or active in nature. The first orderly framework was given at the age of 8 in the football club. Since then I have been involved in many sports and on the question of optimal performance got stuck in terms of nutrition 😊. Due to the complexity and to quench my thirst for knowledge, I have the topic ( Nutritional Science and Dietetics ) then also studies and regularly attends further training courses in order to stay on the ball and to offer my clients reliable, up-to-date advice.

My personal sporting activities are complex. In my free time and with my clients I do mountain biking, crossfit, functional training, beach volleyball, soccer, stand up paddling, hiking, ski tours, snowshoeing and much more.

The importance of a healthy diet and targeted nutritional therapy is increasingly recognized in the medical field. In the dietological care, a comprehensive nutritional history is carried out in combination with a doctor’s referral. In combination with laboratory parameters and other test results, such as the body mass index, the waist-to-hip ratio and the Bio-impedance analysis , a diagnosis can be made. Based on this diagnosis, goals are set together with the patient, interventions are planned and integrated into everyday life. The result can be checked and the interventions adapted through regular evaluation and targeted monitoring.
