MY PHILOSOPHY

It is important to me to work actively with you – not just on you. Because I am convinced that sustainable progress is not achieved through passive treatments alone, but through a joint, individualized concept that suits you, your everyday life and your goals.
Whether you want to get rid of discomfort in your everyday life, improve your athletic performance or come back after an injury – I will help you to develop your full potential.

My work is based on up-to-date specialist knowledge, which I am constantly expanding through regular further training in the areas of training planning, biomechanics, pelvic floor health and pain education. My knowledge ranges from the treatment of chronic complaints and injuries to the support of amateur and professional athletes. Mobility training, targeted strengthening and adaptation to your personal circumstances are always part of my therapy.

What also sets me apart is my own enthusiasm for exercise: I am a runner, climber, mountaineer, volleyball player, skier and triathlete. This passion led me to physiotherapy after studying sport and exercise science. Since 2017, I have gained valuable experience in practices in Munich, Innsbruck and Vienna. From the very beginning, I have focused on sports physiotherapy and since 2023 also on care during and after pregnancy. Since 2021, I have also been able to look after the Austrian national orienteering squad as a physiotherapist and athletics trainer – a task that I particularly enjoy.

I have been back in Vienna since 2025, where I live with my family. My work is characterized by genuine enthusiasm, motivation and the goal of helping you to build a strong, resilient body in the long term – one that supports you in everyday life and in sport.
