MY PHILOSOPHY
Whether your issue has been plaguing you for a long time or has just become acute, I’m glad you want to make a change in your current situation! If you want to get fit for everyday life or return to athletic competition, we’ll find your way there together. My task is to accompany and support you in achieving your goals.
In the first step of the therapy process, we discuss your current condition as well as your wishes and goals in a detailed initial assessment. Based on this, an individualized therapy, e.g., strengthening, mobilization, or manual therapy, is selected based on current evidence. In addition, we also deal with the theory behind your problem and the treatment measures set, as the know-how gained plays a crucial role in long-term success.
I would be happy to accompany you on your way!

Ever since I can remember, exercise has been an important part of my life. Thus, the foundation for the study of physical therapy was laid early.
