General Terms and Conditions Physiotherapy

First appointment

Every physiotherapeutic treatment starts with an initial appointment, to which the patient must take any medical findings with them and fully inform the therapist about the existence of all health restrictions.

Medical prescription and therapy costs

For treatment in the field of physiotherapy, it is necessary to present a doctor’s prescription. The costs for the therapy are generally to be borne by the patient himself. A part of the therapy costs may possibly be reimbursed by the insurance company within the framework of a head physician’s approval. The patient must clarify this directly with the insurance carrier, PHYSELI assumes no liability for any failure to make such a refund.

Scope of therapy

In principle, the scope of therapy is based on the present medical prescription; a corresponding medical prescription is required again for therapy services that go beyond this. PHYSELI reserves the right to terminate the therapy if continuation of the therapy is unreasonable for the therapist from a therapeutic point of view or for other reasons.

Payment options

Payments can be made by bank transfer, in cash as well as by major debit and credit cards.

cancellation

Agreed appointments are to be kept in principle. Postponements and cancellations up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment are free of charge, after which the full therapy costs will be charged.

secrecy

All information and data received from the patient will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties in accordance with statutory provisions. The storage, as well as information rights and deletion obligations result from the relevant legal regulations.
