🧡 Mobility Exercises:
e.g. as a seat break or in the warm-up before your training,
perform about 1-2 minutes (per exercise)

🔸 Strengthening Exercises:
if the goal is muscle building,
eg perform 3x 8-15 repetitions per exercise
(if you can do more reps, increase resistance/use extra weight)
