Most services are also available online. The same prices and times apply as stated. Simply select the ONLINE option when booking. A link will then be sent to you shortly before your appointment! All you need is a device with a good camera and a stable internet connection.

How do I apply for partial reimbursement from my health insurance for physiotherapy or therapeutic massage?
Get a doctor’s prescription from your GP
- Have the prescription approved by your health insurance company. Currently exempt from approval: ÖGK, BVAEB
Make an appointment for physiotherapy or therapeutic massage
Have the treatment carried out.
Pay the treatment costs and keep the receipts.
Submit the receipts to your health insurance company.
