Jürgen Kallee-Nguyen

The body is the only machine that can heal itself with regular maintenance.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I see my task as a physiotherapist in accompanying people on the path to holistic health. By means of a progressively structured, therapeutic strength training and, if necessary, manual therapy measures, I help to create a balance to stereotypical movement behavior and the resulting complaints.

My expertise ranges from the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, to general or sport-specific performance enhancement, to the teaching of yoga and meditation to promote mental health.

I wish every person, young or old, athletic or non-athletic, to be able to unfold the hidden potentials of the body in terms of strength, resilience and self-healing. I consider myself lucky to be able to support this with professionalism.

However, I see my greatest strength not only in the specialist knowledge I learned during my studies, but also in my ability to motivate people without overwhelming them. I also have a lot of empathy and patience.

I developed great enthusiasm for martial arts in my early childhood when, at the age of 6, I participated in the jiu-jitsu classes offered at my elementary school. Through this, I recognized my own movement potential early on, for which I am extremely grateful.

My family awakened in me the will to want to have a positive impact on people’s lives, because that’s exactly what they did for me – for the most part, anyway ;). My fascination with movement and my love of people led me into physiotherapy as an adult. However, before I started my student life, I completed a fitness and personal trainer training in 2013 to get my first Experience in the field of kinematics to collect, but after about 3 years I realized that I needed to Deepen knowledge much further wanted, which is why I graduated from the Physiotherapy (BSc) program at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna in 2019.

Between 2020 and 2022, I then lived with my wife in her home country of Vietnam, where, in addition to numerous travel adventures, I also trained as a yoga, meditation and Muay Thai instructor. I have promoted and honored the martial arts as my personal sport since my childhood days, which led me to compete in Thai boxing for the first time as an amateur in Vietnam. This gave me great pleasure.
