PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR ELBOW, FOREARM & WRIST

Symptoms of tendon overload often occur in the elbow area, known as “tennis elbow” or “golfer’s elbow”. However, these are mostly caused by other activities than their name suggests, such as frequent and long hours of computer work. In the area of the forearm, such overloading can lead to the well-known tendovaginitis.

  • In order to become pain-free again and to prevent a renewed overload in the best possible way, we will gradually increase the load through strengthening exercises for the forearm muscles.

Fractures in the forearm often affect the radius (radius fractures). Bone healing should also be supported by targeted training so that it is as resilient as before.
