In physiotherapy, you will of course be given exercises to do at home on an ongoing basis (via app with videos or in writing). If you want a workout plan (in addition to or following or personal training) to train on your own, you get access to a free app that even has videos on many exercises. After we have discussed or worked through the plan together, you can train with it on your own. If you have any questions or feedback about the training plan, you can always contact us and we can make adjustments if necessary. Even if you only want a training plan for independent training and don’t need personal training, we need at least 2 sessions together first so that we can plan everything.
