Here we show you exercise examples that can help with pain, feelings of tension or restricted movement. Please keep in mind that pain can have very different causes and there is not ONE exercise for all ailments. Of course, an individual clarification and treatment should always take place.

  • per exercise: approx. 20 repetitions
  • Several times a day
