Does your neck or entire back feel “stiff and tight” or even ache after prolonged office work?

🪑 But static stretching doesn’t help? Just try moving your entire spine in all directions!

If a movement feels uncomfortable, start with a smaller range of motion at first and then increase after a few repetitions.

🪑 Often, your body just wants to tell you, “Hey, move again, please!” to these uncomfortable feelings.

⏰ For example, try to take a 1-minute movement break every hour if your back hurts / is “stiff” or you feel limp / lacking energy / tired.
