What is your goal when using this device? In this post you will learn how to perform the exercise to put the main focus on hamstrings, butt or back.

🥓 Focus Hamstrings:

straight back, movement takes place in the hip joint, knees are almost extended as in Romanian/ Straight Leg Deadlifts (in the Deadlifts, however, you move the hips to a greater extent, while here with the device the hamstrings muscles are permanently/ also at the highest point under tension.

🍑 Focus Po:

upper back round “fixed” (to reduce the activity of the back extensor muscles), movement takes place in the hip joint, knees are slightly bent and turned outward (to reduce the activity of the hamstrings)

🦴 Focus back:

bend/”curl” whole back and stretch again, movement takes place in spine and hip joint, knees are slightly bent and turned outward (to reduce hamstrings activity)
